After accomplishing your Foundation Complete Training Program and Advance Video Lecture  Training Program and all pass its examinations, you can now schedule your workshop whether take the closest current schedule or pre-order it for the next schedule.

In this workshop, it will entail you to submit the screening video of your model patient/s for the following clinical cases prior to the date of your Advance Workshop and you will be actually doing these model patient/s during the workshop. These are the following guidelines on the screening model patient video/s to be submitted at a specific deadline DMD cEnter will announce:

I. Your Model Patient/s (for every case)
(A) Chief Complaint
(B) Your Initial Diagnosis – upon completion of enrollment on this program, you will receive a guide for your medical history taking and consent forms. The consent forms will be both online via google form and PDF. Both must be filled up and for the PDF forms printed and signed by you and your patient/s to be submitted during the actual workshop.
(C) Your Treatment Plan – based on what you learned both from the foundation and advance online video lectures

II. Pictures of the Patient
(A) Full Face
(B) Close Up Photo of the Problematic Area

The Required Cases that You will submit in video of your patient and you will be actually doing during the Advance Workshop are the following:

I. Botulinum Toxin: MASSETER FOR TMD DYSFUNCTION OR PROFILOPLASTY OF THE CHEEK OR PROFILOPLASTY JAW AREA & GUMMY TOOTH SMILE CASE 
II. Fillers: EXTERNAL LINES ON THE ORAL AREA

➢ This workshop will provide you the knowledge to incorporate the use of botulinum toxins and fillers to deliver your dental treatment in a complete manner to provide overall aesthetic result.
➢ You will be able to learn a non-surgical options to treat your dental cases such as gummy tooth smile, establishing the occlusion in a wandering bite, treat certain TMD conditions, etc.

Yes, there is an available option for you to register and enroll for a workshop and this will be scheduled accordingly depending on the package you purchased. You will be notified via email on the schedule of your workshop.

There will be some classes that may offer CPD units and others don’t depending on the situation. On this DESC Program, it is a Yes. However, the CPD units will be applied to the UK Dental Board and will be issued by the Academy of Face Design, a recognized CPD provider in UK. However, there is a waiting time period before this is issued and you have to apply this CPD units once it is issued by AFD in your country under self-directed classification.   

DMD cEnter is applying to be a CPD provider, unfortunately, the process in the Philippines involves certain steps that takes time. Having said that, DMD cEnter's target market anyway are professionals who want and are fully focused to hone and/or learn new skills rather than those hang-up in just getting this CPD points. So, we are confident that whether we can provide CPD units or not, the CPD units will be just an added bonus to our students.

No. DESC as per what its name stands for, Dental Enhancement Skill Class, is simply that. This is not to give you a Masteral Degree, a PHD or any other certificates you received from available preceptorships offered out there in the market. Its intent is to really improve your skills as dentist and giving you the opportunity to do so at your comfort and convenience. We sometimes find our college days educational era maybe lacking or outdated or those free webinars maybe not really enough to teach you what you need to do these dental techniques, thus, DESC is giving you a training service format to do so.

No and Yes. There's no simple answer to this because for DMD cEnter we encouraged those who are beginners to do further study on this with the clinical and advance steps before you handle patients. However,  for those who are taking this as review and additional knowledge, but, already has experience on it, then, the answer is Yes. DMD cEnter's intent of offering this digital foundation skill training is to build your basic knowledge first and see if this the field you want to pursue. We expect the participants of this skill training to do their diligence in studying the foundation program; do an active participation on the exclusive Facebook Group of Dr. Ivona’s DESC to ask questions and provide information as well as share your opinions with your colleagues on that group and pass the examinations and assignments provided by your mentor. In general, DESC is your initiation to learn or improve what you already know as a dentist. We encourage all dentists to go further in their studies after attending one of DESC’s skill trainings if they want to be a full expert on a specified field of dentistry. After all, at the end of the day, education is a continuous process and great investment to us as professionals and with its proper implementation of what we learn will greatly benefit our patients.

For the Lecture Video Courses on this DESC program, unfortunately, "No". This is digital and once a client pays, access is automatically given to the DESC training. One can finish and use the service within a matter of hours or days. Thus, for fairness to DMD cEnter, the speakers and all those who work behind it, once you pay for it might as well just make the most out of it and use it to the fullest extent to benefit your professional practice.

For the workshop, "Yes", BUT, ONLY in the condition that it is DMD cEnter's or Mentor's fault that the schedule of the workshop you are assigned to attend was cancelled by us. Otherwise, the answer is also "No".
