Dr. Ivona Igerc is a distinguished expert with over twenty years of experience in Regenerative Anti-Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine. She is based in London and teaches in South East Asia and Europe and is a visiting lecturer at University of Beijing, and a highly sought-after aesthetic industry Educator and Key Opinion Leader. In addition to this, an award winner of the prestigious Innovation award at University of South Korea in stem cell research.

Dr Ivona Igerc has pioneered a highly sought-after treatment for non-surgical rhinoplasty and “killer Jaw” trough filler treatments using non-invasive technique to naturally correct imperfection. Part 3: Foundation Clinical Workshop

After accomplishing your Foundation Online Modules and pass the examinations required, you can now do workshop scheduled by DMD cEnter. You can either take the closest current schedule or pre-enroll it for DMD cEnter's next workshop schedule.

On this workshop, it will entail you to submit the screening video of your model patient/s for the following clinical cases prior to the date of your Foundation Workshop and you will be actually doing these model patient/s during the workshops. These are the following guidelines on the screening model patient video/s to be submitted at a specific deadline DMD cEnter will announce:

I. Your Model Patient/s (for every case)
(A) Chief Complaint
(B) Your Initial Diagnosis – upon completion of enrollment on this program, you will receive a guide for your medical history taking and consent forms. The consent forms will be both online via google form and PDF. Both must be filled up and for the PDF forms printed and signed by you and your patient/s to be submitted during the actual workshop.
(C) Your Treatment Plan – based on what you learned both from the foundation and advance online video lectures

II. Pictures of the Patient
(A) Full Face
(B) Close Up Photo of the Problematic Area

The Required Cases that You will submit in screening video/s of your patient/s and you will be actually doing the clinical cases during the Foundation Workshop for:

Part 4: Advance Clinical Workshop

How does it work?

In general, after you check-out and pay, you will receive an email to provide you information and receipt on what you paid for. You can also join immediately the Facebook support page for this course, just answer the questions provided upon joining and wait to be accepted by the admin. We will also include you at the FB Messenger group for discussions and bonding with the other enrollees who are part of the GC.

Depending on what you will enroll on this program:

1. If you paid just for the Online Module courses whether Foundation or Advance you will receive an email that will provide you immediate access to the specified video course available in your DMD cEnter's Account. This access is open for 12 months from the time of your payment.

2. If you paid just for Workshop or part of the Package with Workshop, then, the workshop will be available at a scheduled date. Depending on what you ordered whether Current or Pre-Enroll Access, you will be assigned to that scheduled workshop.

(a) If Current Workshop - Your name will be included on the current and confirmed scheduled workshop.

(b) If Pre-Enroll Workshop - Your name will be included on the coming scheduled workshop. We can only accommodate 30 students per workshop, so, the 30 students will be based on the date of their payment.

Once you are done with really training yourself through full participation either on the digital class and/or workshop and submitting the requirements of the DESC’s mentor per requested during training, you will have now the access to download your certificate.

Will there be live and actual demonstration on this DESC training program?

Yes, there is an available option for you to register and enroll for a workshop and this will be scheduled accordingly depending on the package you purchased. You will be notified via email on the schedule of your workshop.

The workshop is done by schedule, how does it work?

Yes, the workshop is done by schedule basis because the mentor of this DESC program is from London and we can only handle up to maximum of 30 students per workshop so all the students can be guided well by the mentor during this event. We want to make sure that your financial and time investment with us on this program will be worth it.

When you order any parts or complete part of this DESC program which includes workshop or if standalone, then, you have two choices which one you prefer to register on.

2 TYPES:

1. Current Scheduled Workshop - this means a confirmed and current schedule has been established already by DMD cEnter with the mentor, so, if this occurs, this will be available for 30 Participants only. First to enroll first served.

2. Pre-Enroll Scheduled Workshop - if all goes well, the schedule of the workshop will happen quarterly. This means you are willing to wait until the schedule comes next quarter. As per mentioned, only 30 participants will be able to join, thus, this will be based on the date the participant paid for their program. If you are #31 on the list, you need to wait again for the next schedule. That's why it is pertinent you enroll as earlier as possible if you want to make sure you will be part on the next coming workshop schedule. The advantage of this is because you are ordering ahead of time, your registration fee is greatly discounted.

You will be notified via e-mail on your schedule for the workshop.

Will I get a CPD units if I take this class?

There will be some classes that may offer CPD units and others don’t depending on the situation. On this DESC Program, it is a Yes. However, the CPD units will be applied to the UK Dental Board and will be issued by the Academy of Face Design, a recognized CPD provider in UK. However, there is a waiting time period before this is issued and you have to apply this CPD units once it is issued by AFD in your country under self-directed classification.

DMD cEnter is applying to be a CPD provider, unfortunately, the process in the Philippines involves certain steps that takes time. Having said that, DMD cEnter's target market anyway are professionals who want and are fully focused to hone and/or learn new skills rather than those hang-up in just getting this CPD points. So, we are confident that whether we can provide CPD units or not, the CPD units will be just an added bonus to our students.

Is this a preceptorship?

No. DESC as per what its name stands for, Dental Enhancement Skill Class, is simply that. This is not to give you a Masteral Degree, a PHD or any other certificates you received from available preceptorships offered out there in the market. Its intent is to really improve your skills as dentist and giving you the opportunity to do so at your comfort and convenience. We sometimes find our college days educational era maybe lacking or outdated or those free webinars maybe not really enough to teach you what you need to do these dental techniques, thus, DESC is giving you a training service format to do so.

Will I be able to already do it after attending the course?

No and Yes. There's no simple answer to this because for DMD cEnter we encouraged those who are beginners to do further study on this with the clinical and advance steps before you handle patients. However, for those who are taking this as review and additional knowledge, but, already has experience on it, then, the answer is Yes. DMD cEnter's intent of offering this digital foundation skill training is to build your basic knowledge first and see if this the field you want to pursue. We expect the participants of this skill training to do their diligence in studying the foundation program; do an active participation on the exclusive Facebook Group of Dr. Ivona’s DESC to ask questions and provide information as well as share your opinions with your colleagues on that group and pass the examinations and assignments provided by your mentor. In general, DESC is your initiation to learn or improve what you already know as a dentist. We encourage all dentists to go further in their studies after attending one of DESC’s skill trainings if they want to be a full expert on a specified field of dentistry. After all, at the end of the day, education is a continuous process and great investment to us as professionals and with its proper implementation of what we learn will greatly benefit our patients.

Can I pay installment?

We want to provide one, but, as of the moment No because the process will cost you more due to interest rates. We do suggest you avail it directly with your credit card, if installment is your preference of mode of payment. Having said that, we are taking steps towards the goal of offering one in the future.

Is the price of the program VAT inclusive and do you issue an OR?

On this DESC program, the prices are VAT not inclusive and you will receive from us via email a digital receipt immediately after a successful online transaction with confirmed payment. However, if you want a BIR OR, just let us know and we can provide you one. You just need to let us know your TIN #.

Can I request for a refund or cancel it?

For the Online Module Courses on this DESC program, unfortunately, "No". This is digital and once a client pays, access is automatically given to the DESC training. One can finish and use the service within a matter of hours or days. Thus, for fairness to DMD cEnter, the speakers and all those who work behind it, once you pay for it might as well just make the most out of it and use it to the fullest extent to benefit your professional practice.

For the workshop, "Yes", BUT, ONLY in the condition that it is DMD cEnter's or Mentor's fault that the schedule of the workshop you are assigned to attend was cancelled by us. Otherwise, the answer is also "No".
